We were very pleased with the private tour that you arranged for our family group. Each of the three days were great. Our guide Natalia was excellent, she spoke perfect Dutch as well as English, she took us to all the right places and and gave us good information without overloading us with detail. She and the driver were good company. We can confidently recommend your services; the itinerary was good, we were never rushed, we did not have to stand in long queues, and we were taken to and from the ship every day on time. We also appreciated the trust you place in your guests; you did not ask for a deposit, and only expected payment for the total costs of our three day private tour at the END of the last day.
