Our trip to St. Petersburg was a delightful experience, due in large part to the exceptional service provided by Alex's Tours and Travel. The trip was an adventurous one for my wife and me because it was our first time in Russia, the alphabet and language were new to us, and we brought our 1-1/2-year-old daughter.

From the initial contact I made with Alex by email, he was impressively prompt, patient, courteous, and attentive in responding to all my questions and making recommendations. It was a pleasure to be able to customize our own itinerary with the help of Alex and one of his trusted and expert guides, Luda. We had very specific priorities about what we wanted to see, and they made it happen. Alex worked hard to find us a centrally located and reasonably priced studio apartment.

Beginning with our arrival and extending all the way to our departure, Alex made us feel like our needs were of utmost importance to him, and he personally saw to our transportation, orientation to our apartment, and special needs of our young daughter. Alex provided charming and professional service to us, appeared truly interested in our experiences and impressions of what we saw, and became a true friend whom we continue to email regularly and hope to see again on our next visit!
