We visited St. Petersburg in the Fall of 2011 and thanks to Alex's Tours we had the most amazing experience!

Coordinating our trip with Alex was very easy as he was very responsive! Our trips were customized so we were able to see everything that we wanted to! Whether it was the transportation to/from the hotel/airport or our excursions to Catherine's Palace and the Hermitage our trip went off without a hitch!!!

Luda was our guide and she was AMAZING!!!!!!! She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and was easy for us to communicate with as she spoke excellent English!

We have travelled quite a bit and can honestly say that Alex's Tours are by far the best "tour" experience yet. Alex and his team are very accommodating and customer oriented! We will never forget Alex hand delivering medicine to one of our friends while we were on a tour-that right there is the epitome of customer service!

Based on our experience we will definitely be recommending Alex to other traveler's planning a visit St. Petersburg.
