In May 2012 our family spent 3 glorious days in St. Petersburg. By booking Alex Tours, we were able to see and do more than we would ever have been able to do on our own. Our guide, Anna, and driver, Sergey, were very professional and knowledgeable. Anna is very well-versed in Russian history and art and made each experience memorable. She was personable and accommodating, charming and gracious. Her English is impeccable.

Working with Alex was a pleasure. He answered my hundreds of questions by email prior to our arrival. He offered suggestions for hotels and restaurants. He made reservations for the ballet and folk show for us. He arranged for airport transfers. He helped with documents for our visas. We feel that we got our money's worth. Our tour exceeded our expectations. It was simply outstanding.

We cannot praise Anna, Sergey and Alex enough. They made our visit to St. Petersburg unforgettable.
